Get ready for a whirlwind of activities including warm-ups, stretching, ballet, body skill drills, apparatus technique with rope, ball, hoop, ribbon and clubs, conditioning, dance, outdoor adventures, arts & crafts, and a heap of fun games!

- For Central Park on Fridays:
- Wear comfortable daytime clothes
- Comfortable footwear (sneakers preferred)
- Small backpack with nut-free snacks
- Long sleeve top for chilly indoor spaces with strong AC
